Bhavani Wellness: Nature, Said Plainly
Bhavani Wellness makes adaptogenic mushroom supplements in Mexico. The team knew what the brand was. They felt it every day. They wanted to sell more, stand apart from brands that look the same, and say it all in one clear, honest language.

The challenge
A team that knew exactly what the brand was, and no shared words to say it.
What we did
A shared strategy built with the whole team, rules that let them use the identity they already had with confidence, and a bilingual content plan ready to run on Instagram.
What changed
- Instagram grew from around 800 to more than 5,000 followers during and after our work together.
- The team decided to speak to the customers it already had instead of chasing a new audience.
- Six people from the team wrote down, together with us, who the brand serves and how it speaks.
- Identity rules and a bilingual content plan, so anyone on the team can use the brand right without starting from a blank page.
The story
They knew it. They couldn't say it.
Bhavani already had what most young brands wait years for. Real products. A team that cared. Customers who bought.
The team agreed on what the brand was. They felt it. What they didn't have was the words.
In our first worksheet, each person wrote what they hoped to get from the work. Sell more. Stand out from others "who do the same thing." Share one language.
In wellness, the words you choose matter twice. The team needed language that was honest, clear and safe to say in public. And six people needed to say it the same way.
Six people, seven columns
Bhavani didn't hand us a brief and wait. Six people from the team sat down with us, each with a column of their own in the worksheets, and we filled the seventh. Same questions, same order, everyone answering.
A team that works by intuition already has the answers. Our job was to ask the right questions and write down what came out.
After the first session, one team member wrote that good possibilities for growth came out, and "we synthesized concepts we already had." Another put it simply: "We rarely get the chance to go deep on these topics and define where we're going."
When we built the ideal customer on paper, the team saw something they had felt for years. Their reflection: "Bhavani's success comes from the fact that the ideal clients are the current clients." So the plan speaks to the audience they already had.

The intuition, written down
The strategy asked for a brand that felt natural, aesthetic and quietly hopeful. Bhavani already had an identity for that, made by their in-house designer. We didn't replace it. We built on it.
The brand guide gave the team simple rules: how to use the logo, what never to do with it, how photos, illustrations and color mix. A row of sliders mapped the voice, from modern to timeless, from serious to playful.
The voice came from the team itself. In one session they filled a page with what Bhavani is, and three lines kept the tone: "Feel life." "Coming back to what matters." "Ancestral wisdom and innovation."
What the team knew by instinct was now on paper, where anyone could read it and use it.

The answer was already on the page
A brand lives where people see it. For Bhavani, that is mostly Instagram.
So we planned the content in Canva, in Spanish and English. Reels. Stories. Customer questions and answers. A "mushroom of the month." Tips. Creator collaborations. Recipes. Same palette, same type, same voice.
The team didn't have to ask "what do we post today?" The answer was already on the page.
Around it, we wrote landing page copy and an ad strategy with four paths.
A brand that talks like itself
The words for all of it are now written down where the whole team can share them, aimed at the customers who were already there.
The account kept growing. Around 800 followers when we started. More than 5,000 during and after our work together.
Nature, said plainly.

The products the words now speak for.
Phrases came out that help us sum up what we communicate.
