We also collect information about how you use the site through cookies and similar tools (see "Cookies" below).
We do not ask for sensitive data. Please do not include it in your messages.

Optional uses, which you can refuse:
Saying no to the optional uses does not affect the first group. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time with the link in each message or by writing to us.
We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Hotjar) and for advertising measurement (Meta Pixel). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
There is no common standard for "Do Not Track" signals, so we do not currently change how the site works when your browser sends one.
These service providers handle information on our behalf:
Several of them are located in the United States, so your information may be processed outside Mexico and outside your own country. Each provider also follows its own terms and privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal information. Some providers, such as Google, Hotjar and Meta, may also use limited usage data under their own terms; you can block their cookies in your browser. We disclose information to an authority only when the law requires it.
We keep your information while our relationship lasts and for up to 2 years after our last interaction, unless the law requires a longer period (for example, tax records).

Depending on where you live (for example, in Canada or in some US states), you may have additional rights under local law.
To make a request, write to hello@kataplasma.com. Please include your name, the email address you used with us, what you are asking for, and enough detail for us to confirm your identity.
We reply within 20 business days. If your request is approved, we carry it out within 15 business days after our reply. If the circumstances justify it, we may extend each period once by the same length. Requests are free of charge. We may charge only for copying or shipping costs.
If you are not satisfied, tell us first. You can also contact the Mexican data protection authority (Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno) or the privacy regulator where you live.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure.
Our services are for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date above. If we ever want to use your information for a new purpose, we will ask for your consent first.
